    • Mangold
    • Zwiebel
    • Knoblauch
    • Äpfeln
    • Öl
    • Weisswein
    • Apfelessig

Zubereitung

  1. Sautee the onions and garlic in olive oil over medium heat until translucent and fragrant.
  2. Turn up the heat, add apples and cook until just brown. Deglaze with white wine and apple cider vinegar.
  3. Add swiss chard and cook until just wilted.
